Mazzarelle teramane (Teramo lamb rolls)

The Mazzarelle teramane, registered by the Ministry of Agricultural and Food Policies in the list of the Traditional Italian Agri-food Products, are very tasty rolls of lamb offal wrapped in lettuce leaves, served either in white or with a good tomato sauce.
