Marinagri World, a real city on the water, made out of 350 hectares of lagoon, with islands, navigable canals and a naturalistic oasis: a luxury village including two hundred villas of various types and properly canalized so that boats can dock directly at the entrance of each one. This tourist-harbour citadel, "larger than the Principality of Monaco", is in an advanced stage of completion on the territories of Policoro and Scanzano Jonico, along a stretch of coast of about 3 km of uncontaminated beach.
