Linden is Berlin’s main thoroughfare

Unter den Linden is Berlin’s main thoroughfare going all the way from East Berlin to the West side. It got its name from the Linden trees planted all along the long avenue. This boulevard stretches from Museum Island’s Schlossbruke all the way to the Pariser Platz’s Brandenburger Gate.
