Lamb and Flag Pub

Located in the lively Covent Garden district, the Lamb & Flag is one of London’s most historic pubs.

Some say it dates back to at least 1772, when it was called The Coopers Arms. It didn’t become The Lamb & Flag until a few years later, in 1883, although people at the time had come up with another nickname: the bucket of blood. The reason? It hosted bare-knuckle wrestling matches. T

oday, the atmosphere that welcomes visitors is quite different and much more relaxed. Along with a nice mug of beer, why not order one of the tasty dishes on the menu?
