How does one become Premium?
You can become a Premium user in two ways:
- 1. By subscribing to a subscription costing 100 Euros per year.
- 2. By entering a promotional code.
Pratolina is a cylindrical goat’s cheese with a soft, thin, white crust and a creamy consistency; its taste is rather sweet with a perception of the typical goat’s flavour. The size is around 300 grams.
The goats are reared in a semi-wild state and fed with a mixture of fresh and dried fodder, which gives this goat cheese its typicality, together with the quality of the milk and the special processing technique.
Pratolina is produced throughout the Province of Grosseto.
It is a niche artisan product, often prepared in small quantities and only to order.
