Krakow | Rynek Glówny is the main square of the city.

Rynek Glówny is the main square of the city of Krakow. It is located in the Old Town of Krakow and overlooks the most important monuments of the city. It has a quadrangular shape and measures about 200 meters on one side, making it the largest medieval square in Europe. Planned in 1257 to host the city market, it is divided in half by the Palazzo del Tessuto while on one corner of the square stands the Basilica of Santa Maria.
