Kentucky and Bourbon

Bourbon Bourbon is a whiskey named after a county in the state of Kentucky. It is said that the Reverend Elijah Craig, in 1789, was the first to name his whiskey bourbon. It can be distilled throughout the United States, however, its production takes place in six states: Kentucky, California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Georgia. In any case, it is in Kentucky that historically the largest production of bourbon is concentrated.
