Ice cream Museum Carpigiani
From its origins until today, it is an interactive path on 3 levels of reading: the evolution of ice cream over time, the history of production technology and the places and ways of eating ice cream.
Inside the museum, on more than 1000 square meters, there are 20 original machines, multimedia stations, 10,000 photographs and historical documents, precious period instruments and accessories and unpublished video interviews.
The Gelato Museum is located at the Carpigiani headquarters in Anzola dell’Emilia, inside former industrial spaces now converted into an innovative structure for the study and investigation of the history of Artisan Gelato.
