The "Galleria Storica Vigili del Fuoco" was created on the initiative of some firefighters from Valchiavenna, who share a passion for the historical aspects of firefighting.
The promoters wanted to give an adequate exhibition venue for all the documents, equipment, materials and rescue vehicles of the second half of the 19th and first half of the 20th century, collected and restored over fifteen years.
