Harira

Harira is a traditional Moroccan soup that can also be enjoyed in Tangier. It is often served as a first course during the holy month of Ramadan, but it is available year-round. Harira is made with tomatoes, chickpeas, lentils, lamb, spices, and vegetables, such as carrots and onions. It is thick and flavorful, and is often served with fresh bread or the traditional Moroccan bread, khobz. Harira is a protein- and fiber-rich dish, perfect for cold days or when you need a hearty meal.
