Among the places I visited, this is one of my favorites: Hampi, India.
All who come to Hampi speak of its breathtaking landscapes and a spectacular vista of the sunsets. The light of the sunsets sprinkles a reddish hue along the boulders that paint the canvas of the Hampi landscape. The boulders of Hampi have had their time to get in shape too. The wind and other natural phenomena chiseled these titanic rocks into smaller boulders. These sunsets make a visit to Hampi very much worthwhile.
One needs to climb around 570 steps to reach the peak and witness the sunset. Matanga hill is known to be the best place to enjoy Hampi’s sunset.
Also, the place is extremely serene with less visitors, where I can sit and soak in the quiet sunset.
