Between the Ionian Sea and the Aegean Sea stretches the land that was formerly known as the Hellenic Republic: Greece. What lies behind this country? The Greek capital is Athens, a large metropolis, busy and alive, with a heat generated by intense human activity. Homeland of democracy born within the polis, home of Plato’s academy and Aristotle’s high school, which gave birth to thinkers and masters such as Socrates, Sophocles and Pericles, Athens is rich in historical and cultural attractions. Therefore, there are many places to visit, starting with the Acropolis.
