Originating in the Southern Apennines, Agerola cheese is particularly renowned in Campania, produced with a milk quota of the prized Agerola breed of cattle that makes it particularly tasty. It is nowadays declined in different variations of shape and weight, to meet the different needs of distribution and the table.
