It seems that the hand of a greedy giant placed that large ice cream cone on the roof of a shopping centre. We are in Cologne, Germany, and the "overturned cone" is actually a sculpture by Coosje van Bruggen, the Dutch artist who created the famous "Needle, thread and knot" in Piazzale Cadorna in Milan. It is inspired by everyday objects, and seems almost about to melt or fall from the roof of the Neumarkt Galerie.
