The Deodoro Theater represents one of the most important and representative architectural pieces in the city of Maceió, located in the state of Alagoas, Brazil. Construction of the theater began on June 11, 1905, when the foundation stone was laid in Largo da Contiguiba, also known as Largo das Princesas, in the heart of Maceió’s historic center.
