The monastery in Bad Schussenried, which impresses visitors with one of the most beautiful Baroque libraries in southern Germany, is a true Baroque jewel.
The most beautiful part of the unfinished monastery complex is the light-filled library room. The entire complex, with its paintings, sculptures and stucco work, cannot fail to impress visitors. Next to the library room, the Schussenried Monastery houses a museum, opened in 2010, dedicated to its history.
