The complex was built by the Revertera in 1546 with a beautiful cloister.the portal of the annexed church bears the date of 1573 (the door is of 1775); at the sides of the entrance there are two small Romanesque stone lions.inside, on the high altar, in gilded wood with stucco framing, is the result of the assembly, made in the XVII century, of the polyptych of Antonio Stabile and of two paintings of Pietro Antonio Ferro; on the left wall, the lunette of the Madonna with Child and Angels is one of the most beautiful works of Ferro; to the right of the entrance a polyptych of Simone da Firenze.
