China’s new extreme ride, the tallest carousel and quadruple turning observation deck in the world, is grabbing everyone’s attention. It is being dubbed as the “Flying Kiss.”
Labelled as an “extreme” theme park attraction, the ‘Flying Kiss’, the new attraction is extreme and it’s terrifying. The ride stands as two giant statues overlooking a 3,000 foot cliff. The man and woman face each other, with the ride beginning with both statues bending down to the ground to pick up passengers from a rooftop platform. The statues hold up passengers simply on observation decks, and once on board the ride begins with incredible views of the skyline. But with no seats or safety harnesses, things aren’t all just picturesque views and stunning vistas. As far as safety goes, there’s simply a waste-high gate, meaning people on board are free to move about the observation desk as they please.
