It has a firm paste and a medium-long maturing period. It has a cylindrical shape with flat sides and a straight heel. Weight from 3.0 to 8.0 kg. Smooth, brown/grey rind. The paste is light straw-coloured, compact, with small, well-distributed eyes. Flavour: mild, with hints of hill and mountain forage.
