Around Chandni Chowk, the main artery of Old Delhi, stretches a vast maze of narrow streets and dikatra (covered alleys), where goods for sale are placed on the sidewalk. In this picturesque bazaar, always as lively as the city of Delhi, the goods are strictly separated: Dariba Kalan is dedicated to the jewellery trade, Kinari Bazar to bridal items, while Chawri Bazar to paper. Finally, visitors can get lost in the effluvium of the Khari Baoli Road , the largest spice market in Asia.
