Cathedral of Nusco – Avellino

The Cathedral of Nusco – originally from the XI century and rebuilt in the XVIII century, has an imposing façade in local stone and a beautiful Renaissance portal. Inside are particularly interesting: the frescoes by Pennino of 1750, the wooden pulpit of the 17th century, a wooden choir of the 18th century, four mausoleums dedicated to bishops and a wooden bishop’s chair.
