Of interest is the Mother Church (13th cent.), in whose interior is kept the wonderful wooden statue of the Madonna and Child, known as the "Madonna dell’Olmo" from the 14th cent.
Also very beautiful is the Chapel of Our Lady of Grace, which has a beautiful Baroque-style altar inside.
On site it is possible to admire the ruins of the town wall and a flight of steps of the castle of Castrum Medianum.
The village was also a Templar mansion, the seat of knights. In fact, there are many symbols testifying to their presence: for example, the town’s coat of arms is a black horse mounted by two knights.
The area is ideal for excursions through landscapes of striking beauty, such as the valley of the Caperrino stream, which marks the border between the village and Pietrapertosa.
Along the course of the stream one can admire the ruins of old mills.
