Castel Mareccio is an old manor house just a stone’s throw from the town centre, surrounded by a vineyard of prized Lagrein grapes, with an enchanting view of the Rosengarten – Rosengarten, the 12th century castle was renovated in the 1980s and used as a conference centre and has exhibition rooms.
Its ancient rooms embellished with frescoes, properly renovated and equipped with advanced conference technology, can accommodate up to 200 people and are certainly one of the most interesting and exclusive facilities to host conferences, business meetings, banquets, seminars, conferences, cultural evenings, concerts and exhibitions.
Particularly striking is the view of the castle from the adjacent Lungotalvera promenade, where the Talvera stream flows from the Val Sarentino through Bolzano.
