Also known as the Swiss Hut, the Casina delle Civette was the home of Prince Giovanni Torlonia jr. until 1938. The building, with its eclectic and extravagant shapes, owes its name to the two stained glass windows depicting a pair of owls, made at the beginning of the twentieth century by Duilio Cambellotti.
