Casa Minerbi is a medieval mansion, object of recent architectural restoration works.
Inside there is a loggia and four rooms, two of which, on the main floor, are decorated with 14th century frescoes by the painter Stefano da Ferrara and other astrological and heraldic images in the Hall of Coats of Arms.
Noteworthy are the ancient decorated attics and pictorial fragments including an allegory of Venice and a Saint Christopher. Adjacent to these rooms is the Hall with the Allegories of Virtues and Vices and the Months, the most important fourteenth-century painting cycle in Ferrara and one of the most famous in northern Italy, owned by the City of Ferrara.
