The Cinema a Pennello is the only museum in Italy and, probably, in the world of film sketches.
The museum is divided into two exhibition routes, the so-called first half and second half. In the first one are exposed the works drawn in the period from the end of the fifties to the seventies. The names of the artists represented are listed in alphabetical order in the panel, like those of the second half on the upper floor, which cover the period from the early thirties to the late fifties. In total there are about one hundred and fifty sketches on display out of more than a thousand that are the heritage kept in the museum.
