Bostrengo

An ancient dessert also called frustingo, depending on the area, and usually linked to Christmas celebrations. It is a preparation based on dried fruit, stale bread soaked in a sort of broth of dried figs and cooked must, chocolate, oil, spices and aniseed Mistrà, a typical liquor from the Marche region, all mixed together and cooked slowly in the oven.
