Borrachinos asturianos

The borrachinos are traditional from the Principality of Asturias. They are made to take advantage of stale bread and it is a cheap dessert that has nothing to envy to the expensive ones.It is made mainly with sugar, eggs and stale bread from previous days. It is a sweet that requires the preparation of a syrup with sugar, water, white wine and cinnamon in cane.
