An interesting noble palace of which only the inner courtyard can be visited: it is Palazzo Golia. There you will find a splendid fountain with the Campania Felix in the centre, centuries-old trees and a real hanging garden. The palace has remained in history because it hosted Garibaldi on the eve of the historic clash on the Volturno, October 1, 1860 and Enrico De Nicola, first President of the Italian Republic.
