Designed by മെക്സിക്കൻ വാസ്തുശില്പി ആല്ബര്ട്ടോ Kalach, Biblioteca Vasconcelos is the largest – and perhaps most unusual – public library in Latin America. അടുത്തുള്ള ഹരിതഗൃഹ ഭാഗമാണ് അതിന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള botanical gardens.
