Lake Tenno, in the province of Trento, is a small naturalistic jewel: the turquoise blue of its crystal clear waters and the white stones of the seabed give it a tropical atmosphere. From the shore of the lake, which is 570 metres above sea level on the slopes of Mount Misone, there is a pedestrian and bicycle path that runs along the entire perimeter of the lake and leads to Tenno, the medieval village of the same name, dominated by an imposing castle that stands on a rocky spur.
